1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Visit our showroom and provide us with approximate
measurements and a sketch. We will speak with you
about available options and we will recommend options to improve usability
based on your lifestyle. This is when you will view door options and colors.
2. PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE
An estimate will be prepared based on all the information we have gathered. The estimate will outline the wood species, door style, finish, and the custom options that were added. We will also provide delivery options.
3. AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED
Your quote will be emailed and an Authorization to proceed form will be attached with it. We ask that you sign both forms, this let's us know you are ready to proceed. At this stage we require a 25% deposit from the total estimate. This deposit insures that you are committed to purchasing your cabinets and that you ready for us to proceed to the next step.
4. FIELD MEASUREMENT
Once we receive your signed documents we will schedule a date for one of our designers to go out and take precise measurements. *For new construction, we ask that all your interior framing, plumbing and rough-ins are complete prior to us going to measure.
5. DESIGN PROCESS
You designer will create a sophisticated, detailed and accurate plan. They will also design a 3D rendering which will provide you with a comprehensive view of your project area.
6. FINAL MEET UP
Once the project design is finalized, a final met up will be scheduled. Your project will be reviewed in detail, going over the measurements, materials, finishes and all other accessories. During this met up we will request a final approval
sign-off on all the drawings and on the purchase order. A full payment (100% of the total purchase price) is required
before we can move into the production phase. *Keep in mind that your deposit of 25% will be applied to your total.
7. OPTIONAL DELIVERY TO JOB SITE
We ask all customers to pick up their cabinets orders at the same location where the order was placed. We offer option delivery to job site for an additional cost. Cost is based on location and the total amount of cabinets ordered. Each
piece will be individually wrapped with corner guards
and plastic to protect it against damage. Upon request, your custom cabinets will be
delivered to the job site and placed in a ground floor location. We do not move cabinets inside the property.
8. COMPLETE!
We want to thank you for allowing us to help you with your home project. Your designer is trained to address any concerns that might arise after your cabinets have been delivered.
